BIS Reference : IS -2402 - 1963 (Reaffirmed 2022) : Code of Practice for external rendered finishes shall be followed for specifications, number of coats, thickness of plaster & other.

How To Use
Material received at site in first lot shall be used first and same practice shall be followed. Do not mix any material in "Shree E Plast EPA+" except clean water. Add "Shree E Plast EPA +" powder in water 120-140ML /Kg, in case of mechanical mixer (< 500RPM), mix it thoroughly for minimum 3 min and in case of hand mixing add “Shree E Plast EPA +” powder in water 140-160 Ml per kg & it shall be mixed for 8 to 10 minutes, Accordingly for mixing 40 Kg bag of "Shree E Plast EPA+" mixing trey/Pot/mechanical mixer shall be used. Add “Shree E Plast EPA +” powder in water, it shall be mix thoroughly till we get the uniform consistency to the mixed material, allow mix material remain idle for 3 to 5 minutes polymers/ adhesives to dissolved to get the special properties to the "Shree E Plast EPA+"
Grooves /Slot/ Chased surface to be filled shall be made clean, dust free with blower (if possible) & Sprinkle the water in slots, sides, Corners, wet the surface/edges by using brush before starting the filling work with "Shree E Plast EPA+", Again mix the material and check the Consistency/workability of “Shree E Plast EPA+” before starting the filling work, mixed material of “Shree E Plast EPA+” shall be applied first in the gap of 4 to 6 MM both side Pipes/Conduit starting from left side then right side gap or vis-à-vis & then apply material in middle properly by pressing with trowel uniformly to maintain level, thickness, fill up the all gaps around fitting/equipment to get smooth finish surface, no need to provide excess material than existing level surface, if required as per site/clients requirement you can finished repaired surface 2 / 3 MM lesser in depth than existing surface to provide any additional finishing material.
In case of manual mixing hand gloves shall be used.

Unloading and Storage
Do Not Use Hook
Do not use hook for unloading, shifting of bags, material
Loaded Above Ground Level
It shall be unloaded on uniform level platform surface above ground level with proper stacking in countable manner
Store In Dry Place
It should be stored in covered dry place.In case of rainy season it shall be stored in closed store room by covering it by tarpaulin / polythene sheet to protect the bags from dampness / humidity in the atmosphere.
