"Shree E-Crack Filler+" - Single component Polymer modified Cement base, Pre blended, Non Shrink, High Strength & Hydrophobic property Material used for filling the static cracks in the walls/ Plaster / Gypsum surfaces/ R.C.C. and A.A.C masonary junction joints.

For filling the static cracks developed in (Indoor and outdoor) area of Masonry /Plasters/Wall gypsum surface in all types of Projects.

Crack width < 1 MM can be rectified by using "Shree E Crack Filler+" after expanding the width, depth of the crack and cleaning.
Hole diameter between 1< 5 MM can be filled with crack filler by achieving proper consistency to the "Shree E Crack filler".
"Shree E Crack Filler+" saves the cost of using costly Sealants.

Note: To avoid the cracks in the masonry and adjoining junctions

Guide lines of design of walls i.e thickness, Height, Length as well as for the strength & Stability IS:1905:1987(2002) and for the construction of A.A.C block masonry IS:6041:1985(R2005) shall be followed.

Load on the structural members/floor shall be given only after structural members/floor achieved the full design strength or in consultation with St. Engineer/PMC/Arch # Shree E Crack filler + shall not be use for filling Structural cracks, Expansion joints and any other types of dynamic cracks

How To Use
In case of Crack in masonry /Plaster are less than 1 MM ,Expand the crack with grinding machine in deep till the crack appeared ,Remove the dust particles from crack ,Clean the surface with the help of blower, remove all loose materials, moisten the crack in deep
Add 1 Kg powder in 250 to 270 ML clean water, Mix the material in case of mechanical mixer for 3 to 5 Minutes or In case of manual mixing then mix the material for 8 to 10 minutes
till the formation of homogenous & uniform consistency paste for easy & Smooth application, Leave the mix material for 3 to 5 minutes remain idle to dissolve the adhesives, Polymer to gain the special properties, remix the material & start application in crack by pressing with Spatula / Putty knife till we get smooth & uniform surface. No curing required to Shree E Crack filler+. Qty of "Shree E - Crack filler +" shall be mixed in such way that it shall be consumed within 1 to 2 hours from the time of mixing
In case of manual mixing hand gloves shall be used.
Shree E - Crack filler+ contains non-toxic materials. In case of contact with body, eye, & face wash it with sufficient water.

Loaded Above Ground Level
It shall be unloaded on uniform level platform surface above ground level with proper stacking in countable manner
Store In Dry Place
It should be stored in covered dry place.In case of rainy season it shall be stored in closed store room by covering it by tarpaulin / polythene sheet to protect the bags from dampness / humidity in the atmosphere.
