How To Use
Material received at site in first lot shall be used first and same practice shall be followed. Do not mix any material in “Shree E Micro Concrete” except clean water. Add "Shree E Microconcrete+(M40+)" in 120 to 130 ML/kg water in case of mechanical mixer (< 500RPM), mix it thoroughly for minimum 3 min and in case of hand mixing add water 130 to150 MLper kg & it shall be mixed for 8 to 10 minutes ,Accordingly for 40 Kg bag of “Shree E Micro Concrete + water shall be added in mixing trey /Pot / mechanical mixer /stirrer and it shall be mix thoroughly till we get the uniform consistency to the mix material ,allow mix material remain idle for 3 to 5 minutes adhesives to dissolved to get lump free, uniform ,homogenous & free flowing properties to “Shree E Micro concrete (M40+).
Clean the surface by removing loose concrete, dust ,oil, paint ,grease ,waterproof coat etc first ,remove the corrosion deposited on corroded steel by exposing the corroded area, if required light short blasting can be done, apply rust remover on corroded bar to remove the rust, apply epoxy base zinc primer over the rust free /clean rebar and allow it to dry before application of “Shree E Micro Concrete+(M40+) ,wet the surface with water to prevent absorption of water from the mixed "Shree E Micro Concrete+(M40+)", Form work shall be check ,it shall be watertight, Pour the mixed "Shree E Micro Concrete+(M40+)" to form good bonding with old concrete,
To get early strength , smooth surface and durability to the concrete. Shree E Micro Concrete+(M40+) can be applied up to 100MM depth of the repairing member. Form work shall be removed after 24 to 48 hours depends upon weather conditions and water powder ratio & type of form work used.
In case of manual mixing hand gloves shall be used.
“Shree E Micro Concrete+(M40+)” contains non-toxic materials. In case of contact with body, eye, & face wash it with sufficient water.
Unloading and Storage

Loaded Above Ground Level
It shall be unloaded on uniform level platform surface above ground level with proper stacking in countable manner
Store In Dry Place
It should be stored in covered dry place.In case of rainy season it shall be stored in closed store room by covering it by tarpaulin / polythene sheet to protect the bags from dampness / humidity in the atmosphere.
